The Article

This is the practical companion to our NAD+ overview. If you already know what NAD+ is and want to know what booking it actually involves, start here.

What NAD+ Actually Does in the Body

NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use to produce energy and repair DNA. Levels decline with age. The IV route delivers it directly to the bloodstream rather than relying on digestion.

The Reasons Clients Book It

  • Energy: a steadier baseline, not a stimulant effect.
  • Focus: feeling sharper during demanding stretches.
  • Healthy aging: supporting the cellular repair side of a longer-term plan.
  • Recovery: some clients use it during physically demanding periods.

How Long a Session Takes

Plan for one to two hours. NAD+ is infused slowly on purpose. Run too fast, it can cause temporary chest pressure or nausea; slowing the drip fixes it. Bring something to read or a laptop.

How Often People Come In

Some clients do a short series close together, then move to occasional maintenance. There is no single right schedule, and your provider will help you set one based on how you respond.

Before You Book

A consultation comes first. NAD+ is not right for everyone, and it is not a treatment for depression, addiction or any diagnosed condition, whatever you may have read elsewhere. Results vary from person to person. If it fits your goals, your provider will say so. If something else fits better, they will say that instead.
