Why the Weight Keeps Coming Back

Most diets fail for reasons that have nothing to do with willpower. Medical weight loss starts by finding out which reason is yours.

A provider reviews your history first

The Article

If you have lost the same twenty pounds three times, the problem is probably not discipline. Metabolism, hormone balance and insulin resistance all affect how your body responds to eating less, and none of them show up on a bathroom scale. Medical weight loss starts by looking at those things first.

What the Program Actually Looks Like

Our weight loss injections are prescription-based, so the process has three steps and a provider is involved throughout.

Step 1: The Questionnaire

A short online form, about five minutes, covering your health history, current lifestyle and goals. This tells us whether you are likely to qualify before you spend time on an appointment.

Step 2: The Consultation

A virtual consultation with one of our providers. They review your history and decide whether these medications are appropriate for you. This step is required, not optional.

Step 3: Your First Injection

Once approved, you schedule your first injection appointment and start on a regular cadence from there.

What the Packages Include

  • Trim Transformation 6, a six-month package: 24 transformation doses, 24 skinny shots and 6 monthly IV infusions.
  • Trim Solution 3, a three-month package: 12 solution doses, 12 vitamin skinny shots and monthly IV infusions.

Both include monthly BMI and body composition analysis with detailed progress reports, so you are tracking more than a single number.

A Straight Answer on the Medications

Our programs use clinically supported weight loss medications, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, which work on appetite regulation and insulin sensitivity. They are tools, not shortcuts. Your provider will explain the expected effects, the side effects and what happens when a course ends. Results vary from person to person.

Why IV Infusions Are Part of the Plan

Eating less means taking in fewer nutrients. The monthly IV infusion in each package is there to help cover that gap, which is also why clients on the program often feel steadier through it.

Who Tends to Do Well on It

The honest answer is that a provider has to tell you. If you have tried structured dieting and it has not held, or you suspect something metabolic is working against you, the questionnaire is a five-minute way to find out whether this program is a fit.
